Accommodation will be available at the conference base at Hornby Laithe, Stainforth, Settle. There is a choice of bunk barn space or camping. The bunk barn has both mixed and single sex rooms.

Catering

Meals will be provided from Saturday evening to Sunday lunchtime. Meat, vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options will be available. To help us plan the catering, please indicate your dietary requirements on your conference registration form.

There is no self-catering possible for people staying in the bunk barn. People camping can self-cater if they wish but we include the cost of the Saturday evening meal and ceilidh in the camping cost.

Costs

The costs for accommodation and catering are as follows:

Bunk barn or camping fully catered – £50 per person for the weekend

Camping self-catered but includes Saturday evening meal and ceilidh – £35 per person for the weekend
