Wherever applicable ingredients will be chosen so that dishes are suitable for both Vegan and Vegetarian. Bread for lunches will be gluten free, but due to the restrictions on space available to us for food preparation we are not able to cater for any allergy requirements.
There will be an onsite bar serving ales and soft options on Friday and Saturday nights.
There are no self catering facilities on site.
The Rotary Centre is only a short walk away from Castleton which has a plethora of pubs serving a wide variety of food and drink. We would encourage you to eat and drink at the Rotary Centre with the rest of the conference attendees to get the most out of the networking opportunities with other rescue teams available from the weekend.
Friday Evening
Salad buffet with a selection of cold meats.
Vegetarian / Vegan offer – Medley of roasted peppers and Feta cheese.
Saturday

Traditional English plus Porridge, Granola, Summer fruits, Yoghurt, Juices, Tea, Coffee
Lunch
Packed lunch will be provided as many of the activities will be away from the host venue.
Packed lunches will consist of a wrap or roll with a filling, bag of crisps, choc bar, squash/fruit juice drink and piece of fruit.
Night
We have a hog roast booked, with vegetarian and vegan options.
